Last week we rolled out the highly anticipated 'Products' insight to all Eyk users. This insight gives you a clear oversight of sales, profit, discounts and returns data per product/sku and includes product images (if available) for quick reference. With 'Products' you can pinpoint which sku's drive profit the most in a given time period and base your next best actions on these insights. Also, you can gain insight into return- and discount rates per sku to gain deeper understanding of your unit economics after the transaction is completed.
ATikTok spend data through api integration is now generally available for all users of Eyk. This allows Eyk to fetch your TikTok spend, impressions and reported revenue data and process these into spend & performance metrics in your channel attribution insight. You can now add your TikTok api integration under 'Sources' in your Eyk environment.
Now also general available for all Shopify, Magento and Woocommerce based Eyk users; profit & margin metrics. This feature calculates and presents Gross and Contribution profit & margin at the order-, product- and channel attribution level, empowering you to pinpoint exactly where you are making healthy profits and what activities to scale up or down.
Navigate to settings and then the 'Costs' tab in your Eyk environment to fill in your fallback costs and hit the save button. Eyk will immediately start calculating your profits for you.
Important: Eyk will always try to fetch sku based product costs from your backend and only rely on the product fallback costs if no costs can be found. *For Woocommerce stores, fetching sku based costs will become available once Woocommerce core enables this functionality, which is expected later this year.
As we have been adding impactful e-commerce marketing insights over the first half of this year, some users pointed out to us that the insights navigation was getting a bit 'crowded'. So we are using the summertime to re-imagine our insights navigation and presentation structure. Essentially, we are moving from a scattered 'performance' structure to a holistic and connected e-commerce attributes structure consisting of insights like orders, products, customers, channels and tracking.
